Refunds & Returns
As the items offered on our store are digitally delivered these would not be subject to Distance Selling Regulations and we cannot accommodate order cancellation, returns, or exchanges.
Please note, you will have 30 days from the date of order creation to upgrade your order, or add additional checks such as finance
1. Incorrect purchases
a) We cannot issue a refund if a customer has purchased an incorrect car check level
b) We cannot issue a refund if check purchased does not include particular check elements desired by customer which are not included in the check purchased.
c) We cannot issue a refund if a customer inputs an incorrect registration
2. Order Cancellation
a) We reserve the right to cancel any incoming order which it might believe to be of suspicious nature (such as unauthorised / fraud payments etc.). These will be refunded via the original payment method and the goods are not delivered.
b) We cannot cancel or refund an order, if you have already received the vehicle car check report.
c) We cannot cancel or refund an order, just because you don't enjoy / like or use the product.
d) Due to the nature of the product and Digital Delivery, once ordered the report will be shown on screen and emailed directly to you. As we are unable to stop this process, as soon as you have purchased your item this would become none refundable and you would be unable to cancel your order.
